Aina is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Department of HAP. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with First Class Honours from Universiti Utara Malaysia and has two (2) years' experience in conveyancing practice.
Her practice encompasses a wide range of property and conveyancing matters, including sub-sale transactions, project developments, perfection of transfer, discharges, tenancy agreements, and other related property transactions. She is known for her tenacious and detail-oriented approach, and regularly liaises with clients, developers, financial institutions, and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth and timely completion of transactions in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
